These terms govern your use of thalsa.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

All items shown are ready stock. Our bags are crafted from natural materials, so slight variation in colour and texture is normal and not a defect. Low-stock or pre-order items are noted on the product page.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

3. Orders

Your order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock, payment, or delivery-address issues — and will refund you in full where payment has been taken.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through DOKU, our payment provider, using the methods available at checkout (such as bank transfer, cards, and e-wallets). Your order is prepared once payment has been confirmed.

5. Shipping & delivery

Orders are delivered by courier. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination. We dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated transit time is around 2–4 business days within Java and 3–7 business days outside Java; these are estimates only. A tracking number is provided once your parcel is handed to the courier.

6. Returns & exchanges

Please check your order on arrival. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or a short video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Returned items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

7. Product care

To keep suede in good condition, wipe it with a dry cloth, keep it away from water and direct sunlight, and store it upright in its dust bag.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including imagery and the Thalsa name and logo, is our property and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Privacy

Any personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Legal Notice.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. We aim to resolve any concern amicably first — please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.
