Advertising measurement (Meta)
Unless you decline "Targeting and advertising cookies" in our cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure how our ads perform. This may share with Meta Platforms, Inc.: pages you view, products you add to your cart, the checkout steps you take, and completed purchases (order value and products), plus technical data (IP address, browser user agent, Meta cookie IDs). If you place an order, it may also include your email, phone number, name, city, province, postal code and customer ID, which are irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before sending. We use this data only for ad measurement and optimisation. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent ("Tracking cookies"), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website (pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location) and to measure sales. When your payment is confirmed, our server sends Google the order number, value and products, linked to the anonymous Google Analytics ID in your browser. Without your consent, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only anonymous, cookie-less signals. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Your choices
Advertising measurement (Meta) starts when you use our website after the cookie banner is shown, unless you decline it. Website analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set after you accept "Tracking cookies". You can accept, decline or change these choices at any time via "Change my preferences" in the cookie banner or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer; declining stops the related measurement from that moment on.
